I’m currently conducting research on applying interactive networks analysis to the banking system using a two-layer network system of global banks and regional banks to model banking crisis dynamics and predict banking crises. I am working with my mentor, Boris Podobnik, a Nature-published author, to publish in Physica A.

I’ve also done independent research into the impact of redlining on driving factors of inequality resulting in the 1992 LA Riots.

In the future, I am interested in doing research on topics such as the income disparity associated with Asian Americans, urban inequality, and inflation, and aid in policy-making post-graduation.
